Where is my order?

Every order is dispatched within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your island sets sail. See our Shipping policy for delivery times to your country.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from delivery. Email us at info@nusanoa.com to start a return, and we'll send you the instructions and the return address.

Can I wear my jewelry in the water?

Take your pieces off before swimming, showering or exercising, and put them on after perfume and lotion. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store each piece separately in a dry place. Pearls are softest of all, so they're always the last thing on and the first thing off.

Do you do gift wrapping?

Always free. Turn on “Make it a gift” in your bag and add a card message, and we'll include it with your order.
